ROXY is an AI-powered resume builder and career assistant that helps users create, optimize, and tailor resumes for job applications. Features include ATS scoring, resume templates, job matching, and cover letter generation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or one-time basis depending on the plan selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as your resume). By uploading content, you grant ROXY a limited license to process and analyze it solely for providing the Service to you. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
You agree not to: misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer any part of it, upload harmful or illegal content, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ROXY does not guarantee job placement or specific ATS scores. AI-generated content should be reviewed by the user before submission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROXY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Any personal information you provide to ROXY (including data imported from third-party accounts such as LinkedIn, resume content, and contact details) is transmitted securely to our systems and stored in our database for the purpose of building and improving your resume and career profile.
ROXY may work with recruitment partners to match candidates with relevant open positions. If a potential match is found between your profile and a job opening, we will never share your profile or contact details with a recruiter or employer without your explicit consent. In such cases, we will first send you a notification requesting your approval to share your profile for that specific opportunity, and your profile will only be forwarded after you confirm.
You may withdraw your consent to future sharing at any time, and you can request the deletion of your stored data through the Contact page.
