Refund Policy

📅 Monthly Subscription

Once you purchase a monthly subscription, you get full access to all of ROXY's AI tools and features. Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate use of system resources:

• No refunds: After payment for the current billing period, no refund (full or partial) will be issued.
• Cancel renewal: You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (the end of the month you paid for), and no further charges will be made.

🛍️ One-Time Purchases (Job Ready / Active Search)

One-time payment plans are non-refundable from the moment of purchase, as they grant immediate access to the tools and services offered in the plan.

⚠️ Exceptional Cases

Refunds will only be considered in the case of a proven technical malfunction in the system that prevented the user from using the product, subject to review by the support team.
